The room was absolutely amazing, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and garden. It had a cozy and homey feel to it, and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided great entertainment. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower. Plus, the terrace was a lovely bonus!
Personally, I found the air conditioning in the studio a bit too cold for my liking. However, I understand that others might enjoy it, so it's just a matter of personal preference.

The hotel is located on the River Dordogne, just outside a charming village, offering a peaceful and idyllic setting. Guests can enjoy their own private garden area and stunning views of the river. The owner provides exceptional service and the breakfast, served by the pool, is considered the best guests have had at any hotel.
The hotel lacks some facilities that may be found in other hotels in the area.

I had an excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. The value for money was great and the room was outstanding. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the Dordogne river and within walking distance of Roque Gageac, Jardins de Marqueyssac, and Beynac-et-Cazenac. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to come back one day!
The food for breakfast could be improved with some additional options.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem! The apartment was top-notch, set away from the main house for extra privacy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and had stunning surroundings. One of the best things about this place is its location. It's conveniently located near La Roc, which is just a short walk away along a scenic path. The hosts, Ouafaa and Daniel, were fantastic and even organized a lovely get-together for the guests with wine and delicious bites. it was a memorable and exceptional experience.
Honestly, there were no downsides to our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Manoir De La Malartrie was so thoughtful to offer shared lounge and a bar with room service, making it impossible to resist my lazy desires. I was also thrilled to have the opportunity to test my mini-golf skills on site.
I was totally annoyed to discover that there was no professional clown to entertain me during my stay. How could they forget such a crucial part of luxury accommodation?

I had a fabulous time at a castle with beautiful gardens, a bar, and even mini-golf. The staff was great and there were so many amenities available. Oh, and let's not forget the convenience of a children's playground!
Just loved how the nearest restaurant was a drive away. So convenient.

Who would have thought a castle could be so cozy? I loved the shared lounge and room service, perfect for my lazy days. And the mini-golf, just what I needed to work off all the delicious pastries from the breakfast!
Oh, and how could I forget the non-existent pool? Great for a spectator sport, though.
